Acne Treatments

Comments

Very interesting post with lots of applicable advice. I like that you name actual products that the average consumer can find in their local drugstore and that you explain what the 'big words' mean. I would take the time to look them up but not everyone would bother.

Thank you for the detailed treatment plan. As someone in the know, what do you think of the all-inclusive treatment packages such as Pro-Activ? They seem really popular, but are they effective?

Great post
You know I remember taling to a gentle man who looked like he was about 55 he was actually almost 75. He said He had 2 secrets that he had followed for years 1) always wash your face using cold water only, he never washed his face in the shower.
2) every morning eat a teaspoon full of pure molasis. He said this was something he had learned as a child to keep away the gray hair. He didn't have any gray hair at all. He was actually a hair dresser I used to date one of the other girls in the shop. They all swore that there was no way he could dye his hair because it was always consistant. Never did it look like it was just dyed. maybe there is something to it. Ever hear of that?

Hmm, cant imagine how the molasis would work, but I will have to call "I don't know what I don't know,"on that one.

making your skin more beautiful

That's a wild story Matt has. But from what I've heard, dating hair dressers is bad news.

Thanks for the acne advice. Wish I'd had this 10-15 years ago.
